Common questions
- Do I need to know exactly what I want built?
- No. "Not sure yet" is one of the options on purpose. If you can describe what is slow, expensive or missing, that is enough for us to work with.
- Should I book a call or fill out the form?
- Book a call if you would rather talk it through or want an answer today. Use the form if you would rather write it down and get a considered reply. Doing both is fine.
- What happens after I submit my requirement?
- A person reads it the same business day, comes back with any clarifying questions, and then a recommendation on direction, scope and the next step.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- A first response the same business day. Anything that needs real thought follows within a few working days.
- Can I request an NDA?
- Yes. There is a checkbox on the last step of the form, and we send one before anything else is discussed.
- Can you work with our existing systems?
- Usually, yes. A lot of the work is integrating, replacing or automating around systems that already exist rather than starting from scratch.
- What if I'm not sure about my budget?
- "Not sure yet" is a valid answer. Plenty of useful work is small, an automation, an integration, or replacing two tools with one.
